Diego Rivera and David Alfaro Siqueiros were artists and political activists dedicated to creating work that served the common people and expressed their beliefs. This activity is connected to the activities ''Rivera vs. Rockefeller'' and "Siqueiros in Jail." You will write about the revolutionary actions of Rivera and Siqueiros, either as a letter to a newspaper editor or as an op-ed column. Before writing your essay, read those sections of your local newspaper to get a feel for the proper format.
