Overview

Presentation and model home building with Alan S. Hopkins, Golden Gate Audubon Society; animal movement workshop with Terre Parker and Taira Restar from Anna Halprin's Sea Ranch Collective. This program is also a special Family Studio session.

This workshop explores the essential movements of four animals native to California: the California quail, the California slender salamander, the peregrine falcon, and the California sea lion. Using Anna Halprin's dance approach, we will get in touch with our bodies and creatively play with animal movements.
