Tracing Identity through Photography Lisa Sutcliffe, assistant curator of photograph, SFMOMA Koret Visitor Education Center 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Focusing on the exhibitions The Provoke Era, Photography Now, Picturing Modernity, and Richard Avedon: Photographs 1946-2004, this institute explores the ways photographs construct and present identity. Participants will consider this theme in relation to these four very different exhibitions. The program includes a private gallery tour of the exhibitions with Lisa Sutcliffe, assistant curator of photography, as well as a photography-based studio session for educators. $40 general; $32 SFMOMA members.
