Canyon Cinema celebrates the 50th anniversary of its founding by presenting the newly restored version of Quick Billy by Baillie. Also presented will be a rare screening of Baillie's 35mm film entitled Pieta. Baillie was instrumental as one of the founders of Canyon Cinema in the early 1960s. A post-screening Q&A with Dominic Angerame, executive director of Canyon Cinema, and Baillie follows screening.
A private reception for ticket holders follows the program. Canyon Cinema and the museum wish thank the reception sponsors Trumer Pils, Scribe Winery, and Tartine Bakery for their generous support.
