Whatever Happened to Installation Art?

In conjunction with the Capp Street twentieth-anniversary exhibition at the Wattis Institute of the California College of Arts and Crafts, SFMOMA hosts a symposium on the evolution and current state of installation art. The day closes with a performance by Roni Horn at 4 p.m.

In response to the sellout, SFMOMA has organized two opportunities to view the symposium via simulcast.

The first simulcast will start at 10 a.m. in The Schwab Room. Tickets for this simulcast are $5 general, $3 SFMOMA members, and will be available at the admissions desk and online through www.ticketweb.com starting Tuesday, February 4.

The second simulcast will start at 11 a.m. in the Koret Visitor Education Center. This simulcast will be free with Museum admission, with seating on a first-come basis.
