For more than 30 years, Larry Sultan has explored the boundaries of documentary practice. His previous bodies of work have taken many forms, including books, public art projects, and installations. In this lecture, Sultan talks about the connections among these various art forms and introduces his most recent series of photographs, The Valley.

Sultan will sign copies of his new book, Larry Sultan: The Valley, following the talk.
