AIA SF/SFMOMA Architecture Lecture Series
Brigitte Shim, principal, Shim-Sutcliffe Architects
Phyllis Wattis Theater
5:30 p.m.
Shim's innovative Toronto-based firm integrates furniture, architecture, and landscape design. The firm's focus on the intersections between buildings and sites results in a thoughtful questioning of the fundamental relationships between object and ground, building and landscape, people and nature.
$15 general; $10 SFMOMA members and American Institute of Architects (AIA) members, students, and seniors. Tickets are available at the Museum (no surcharge) or online.
The series is jointly sponsored by the American Institute of Architects, San Francisco Chapter (AIA SF), and Architecture and Design Forum, an SFMOMA auxiliary.
