Industrial Design Heavyweights

Date + Time

Thursday, April 13, 2006
6:30 p.m.

Phyllis Wattis Theater

For nearly 10 years, Robert Brunner has been a partner in the world-renowned firm Pentagram, using it as a platform to practice his craft of industrial design. Pentagram is by default a team of design heavyweights, with 19 partners working at the top level of their chosen design discipline. For this lecture, Robert will present 5 Pentagram partners: Paula Scher, Abbott Miller and Michael Bierut from New York, DJ Stout from Austin and Lorenzo Apicella from London. Each will speak about the company and their work, and reveal how so many heavyweights can exist in a single firm and thrive.
