This image shows Rauschenberg’s signature and inscription at the bottom of Monkey Chow (Chow Bags). Above the signature, a stitched length of string replicates the tie closure on the original Purina feed bag that Rauschenberg used as inspiration for this work. As indicated in the inscription, SFMOMA’s print is number 27 of an edition of 100.
