Photographer Trevor Paglen explains his process of trying to capture "black sites" — places that intelligence agencies and the military claim do not exist. Paglen specifically references a photograph he took of the Dugway Proving Ground, a U.S. Army facility in Utah. Paglen explains that although he photographed the site from almost forty-five miles away, it was harder to get a clear shot of this facility than of the planet Jupiter.
