Marilyn Minter is a painter, photographer, and video artist whose painting Strut is a part of SFMOMA's permanent collection. She is one of various artists, writers, and scholars who were invited by the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York, to comment on a favorite Cindy Sherman photograph. The full group of responses was edited into a video series called "My Favorite Cindy Sherman" that was produced by MoMA in conjunction with the New York presentation of Cindy Sherman.
