Artist Oscar Muñoz discusses the artistic climate in Cali, Colombia. In 2005 he cofounded Cali's Lugar a Dudas (A Place to Doubt), an experimental art space and research center that includes a gallery, a library and reading room, and a cinema for public screenings.
