The SFMOMA annual reports consists of two electronic PDF files. An onscreen version presents an overview of the year’s highlights, complete with buttons, videos, and Flash animation. A printer-friendly version contains a detailed listing of the Museum’s activities, simply formatted for easy printing.

You must use Adobe Reader to properly view the onscreen reports. For best results, please see the tips for viewing below.

1. You will need Adobe Reader 6.0.1, QuickTime 7, and
   Flash Player 7. (Click on the links to download these free programs to your computer.)
2. Download the desired onscreen report to your computer (PC users: right-click; Mac users: hold the control key and click).
3. Launch Adobe Reader.
4. Open the onscreen report from Adobe Reader.
5. The onscreen report opens automatically in full-screen mode. Use the onscreen buttons to navigate through the PDF as you would a Web site. You can close the file by clicking the “quit” button on the main navigation page, clicking “esc," or clicking control+Q (Mac: command+Q).

1. You will need Adobe Reader version 5.0 or higher. Visit the Adobe Web site to download this free program to your computer.
2. Select the printable report you wish to view above.
   

• If you have a DSL connection but you are seeing low-quality video images, check your QuickTime settings.
• If you have trouble viewing the PDF, make sure you have the most recent versions of both Adobe Reader and QuickTime.
• The onscreen PDF documents will not display correctly if opened in your Web browser.
• The onscreen report is compatible with Macs (OS X or higher) and PCs (Windows 2000 or later) with at least 256 MB RAM.
