Foto Forum brings together a diverse group of people who share
an enthusiasm for photography. Members include collectors, practicing
photographers, scholars, arts professionals, and others who enjoy looking
at photographs and wants to learn more about them. From September through
June, Foto Forum offers its members informative programs related to all types
of photography, conducted in an informal, friendly atmosphere, including
curator-led exhibition tours, artist talks, and visits to galleries and private
collections. In addition Foto Forum publishes a semiannual newsletter. Foto
Forum dues help support the SFMOMA Photography Department's acquisitions
program.

about photography and events at and around SFMOMA, with a special
focus on Foto Forum members and activities
