This installation of framed prints by Susan O'Malley is uniformly arranged on a white wall in two rows, with eight prints in each row, each identical in size and shape. The prints consist of simple inspirational messages of two to eight words, all in white or colored capital letters, with contrasting colors used as the backgrounds. Some of these backgrounds are solid fields of color (for example, pale blue, red, or yellow); others have graduated fields with three or four colors (for example, lime green transitioning to yellow green to sky blue). The messages include such statements as, Be the person you want to be, Don't be afraid, One day at a time, and Make it up as you go.
