Face of Our Time highlights five fine art photographers working in what Walker Evans called the “documentary style.” Four of them, Aue Sobol, Goldberg, Misrach, and Schwartz, join us to discuss their work, including Aue Sobol’s images of life in the Arctic, Goldberg’s recent project on African emigration, Misrach’s pictures of Hurricane Katrina’s aftermath, and Schwartz’s photographs of the Silk Route.
