Marked by both conceptual acuity and material experimentation, Sietsema's artistic practice spans sculpture, photography, and film. The artist develops handcrafted objects from photographic sources, then transforms these objects back into two-dimensional forms via film. Join exhibition curator DiQuinzio and Hainley, former associate director of graduate studies in criticism and theory at Art Center College of Design, for a discussion of Sietsema's project on view in New Work.
