Friday, April 28, 2006, 12:00 p.m.

Koret Visitor Education Center

Focusing on works in Matisse and Beyond and Between Art and Life, this program explores ideas of transparency, disintegration, invisibility, and the ephemeral in modern and contemporary art. Charles provides art-historical perspective and encourages participants to respond with their own reactions to works by Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Eva Hesse, Agnes Martin, Robert Rauschenberg, and others. The session concludes with a visit to the galleries.
