SFMOMA Announces Family Day, A Celebration Of Family, Fun And Art On Father's Day

This Father’s Day, SFMOMA hosts its semi-annual Family Day, a special museum-wide celebration featuring hands-on art projects, music and performances for the whole family. Children are free, with $2 admission for accompanying adults.

“Family Day is consistently our most popular family program,” says Eduardo Pineda, Assistant Director of Education at SFMOMA. “Inspiring families to be creative is an important part of the Museum’s mission. SFMOMA is a special place where adults and kids not only look at great works of art but they make them too!”

Please note that the second Family Day of 2003 will take place on Sunday, September 21.

Admission
Special admission to Family Day is $2 for adults (includes regular Museum admission; adults must be accompanied by a child) and free for children and high-school students with ID. For more information, contact the SFMOMA Education Department at 415/357-4097.
