Who says it never snows in San Francisco? Please join us for the media preview of Peter Fischli and David Weiss’ frosty sculpture, Snowman. Chilling outside at SFMOMA’s third-floor Pat and Bill Wilson Sculpture Terrace and Living Wall, Fischli and Weiss’ surprising and whimsical work—a life-size snowman in a refrigerated case—defies the Bay Area climate. Perfect for a once-in-a-lifetime holiday picture or that all-important selfie, Snowman will be on view to the public beginning Saturday, December 2, through March 2018.
Friday, December 1, 10:30 a.m.
Please meet the PR team at the Information Desk in Helen and Charles Schwab Hall on the museum’s second floor. We will escort you to a preview of Snowman with Peter Fischli.
