Completely out of whack: Kerry James Marshall on his murals for SFMOMA

Artist Kerry James Marshall explains the stories and strategies behind his mural commission for SFMOMA's atrium. These works use games and puzzles to reveal hidden aspects of life at Mount Vernon and Monticello, the plantation homes of United States Founding Fathers George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. This mural was on view at SFMOMA from 2009-2010, and is not currently on display.
