SFMOMA is partnering with Day of the Devs for a live, on-stage showcase in Wattis Theater celebrating the wide-ranging creativity and artistry of video games. Join us for an evening of digital delights, where creators and curators will take to the stage to share early looks at some of the most creative, unusual, and intriguing forthcoming games.

A cash bar will be available in the lobby from 7–9 p.m.

About Day of the Devs

Day of the Devs is a games industry indie showcase founded in 2012 as a collaboration between Double Fine Productions and iam8bit to shine a spotlight on independently developed games. Over the past few years, Day of the Devs has showcased over 500 titles, including hits like Psychonauts 2, Untitled Goose Game, Unpacking, What Remains of Edith Finch, and Disco Elysium, through both in-person and online events. Open Call: SFMOMA Artcade

SFMOMA invites artists, designers, and creators to propose a game that will be displayed in the museum’s Koret Education Center on Floor 2. The museum welcomes games on various platforms from digital to non-digital to mixed, including board games, phone games, video games, or live action role-playing games.
