FOG Design+Art Preview Gala

All Preview Gala guests must be 21 and older.

To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, Preview Gala participants are required to follow these safety measures in order to attend:

• Show proof of vaccination and a valid ID upon entry. As proof of vaccination, we ask that you provide your physical vaccination card, a photo or copy of your card, documentation from a healthcare provider, or your personal digital vaccine record.
• Test negative on a COVID-19 test provided or administered by Discovery Health, our third-party testing vendor, before the FOG Preview Gala. (For those unable to obtain a proctored testing slot today due to Discovery Health’s technical issues, or otherwise unable to test on-site, we will accept screen shots of a current (within 24 hours) negative test at the door. Please remember to bring proof of negative test results, proof of vaccine, and ID.)
• Wear a mask in the Festival Pavilion, except when eating and drinking. Food and beverage service will be limited to a designated area at the back of the fair with access to an outdoor parklet.

Register online in advance to avoid waiting at our testing locations. The proctored test will be administered on-site. Results are typically provided within 10–20 minutes.

For your convenience, we will also accept proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event from other official testing providers and facilities. We will not accept other at-home self-test unless they are digitally proctored and can generate a validated result. Guests will be asked to show proof at Gala check-in.

 
SFMOMA is following all federal, state, and local mandates regarding COVID-19 protocols. We will continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and communicate additional safety measures and requirements as we approach the event.

COVID-19 Testing and Privacy: Please note that SFMOMA is providing tests solely for the safety and convenience of all attendees and cannot guarantee accuracy of testing. Attendee names, addresses, and emails will be shared as necessary with our third-party COVID-19 testing vendor, Discovery Health Services (DHS), strictly for pre-event testing purposes. Test results will be restricted to you, DHS, and designated SFMOMA staff.
