In 1978 San Francisco’s Galería de la Raza presented Homenaje a Frida Kahlo: El Día de los Muertos, a special Day of the Dead exhibition honoring Kahlo. At this program co-organized by the gallery, the artists who curated and contributed to the show discuss this key moment highlighting Kahlo’s achievement.
