Then, enjoy a live performance by SPELLLING, the Oakland-based rising star of experimental pop who just released her new album, Portrait of My Heart, earlier this year.

DJ Kelley Stoltz

Kelley Stoltz has lived in San Francisco since 1996. A record collector and music head since he was a kid, Kelley is also a musician and home recording devotee who has released 18 albums since 1999 and performed concerts around the world. His home recording studio, Electric Duck, has been a go-to spot for many Bay Area and beyond artists. As co-host of Vinelands, KEXP’s Bay Area and Northern California–focused show on Saturdays from 6–9 p.m. PT, Kelley uses his participation and mentorship in the Bay Area music scene to offer listeners insight into the artists he knows, has worked with, and has learned from and admires.

DJ Gabriel Lopez

Gabriel Lopez is a product of Oakland, the San Fernando Valley, and the Mojave Desert. Starting his musical journey in college at UCSC’s student station KZSC 88.1FM, Gabriel got to dig into the rich history of Northern California music and tap into the Bay music scene. Since moving back to Oakland, he has been heavily involved in online radio stations where he explores “the threads of sound” on his Lower Grand Radio show Garment and the textural beauty of ambient on his Hyde FM show Fool’s Cavern. Now Gabriel shares his expertise as co-host of Vinelands, KEXP’s Bay Area and Northern California–focused show on Saturdays from 6–9 p.m. PT.

DJ Evie Stokes

DJ Evie Stokes is a Seattle native, raised by some pretty hip parents who had her listening to everything from Dead Can Dance to Queen Latifah. She’s been furiously putting together playlists and mixtapes since she was old enough to open cassettes and record songs off the radio. These days Evie’s living her dream of hosting KEXP’s Drive Time show from 4–7 p.m. PT, every Tuesday–Friday. Tune in to hear some of her all-time favorites in the mix, from Daft Punk to Japanese Breakfast, and Dan the Automator’s many projects.
