Prepare for an unforgettable evening at one of San Francisco’s most anticipated celebrations of art and artists! SFMOMA invites you to join us at our signature fundraising event that transforms our iconic museum into an immersive playground of creativity and community.

This year’s celebration is especially meaningful as SFMOMA marks the tenth anniversary of its building expansion — a decade of bold ideas, groundbreaking exhibitions, and artistic innovation.

Bold Art. Big Impact.

Art Bash raises over $2.5 million annually to fuel SFMOMA’s mission of making art accessible to all. Every ticket purchase helps fund the museum’s much-loved education and family programs and community engagement events benefiting over 150,000 people every year.

Rupy C. Tut
2024 SECA Award–winner Rupy C. Tut will transport visitors through a shifting landscape of animated paintings among the clouds — from a morning sky to a warm, bee-filled forest to an indigo night illuminated by fireflies. Dancers will heighten the atmosphere with a visual and musical performance co-created and directed by the artist. The audience becomes part of this unfolding cycle of day to night, reflecting shared joy, ecological awareness, and the power of community.
8 p.m.–1 a.m. | Floor 5, Cafe 5
Rose D'Amato
Recall San Francisco’s recent past when neon and painted signage brought typographic vibrancy to Market Street’s storefronts, trolley cars, and gilded transoms. 2024 SECA Award–winner Rose D’Amato’s installation blending paintings, film, and windows explores this visual history through the often-overlooked signs that continue to live around us.
