Step into the singular world of Susan O’Malley as we celebrate the release of her career-spanning monograph, It Will Be More Beautiful Than You Could Ever Imagine. Tonight, hear from the friends and collaborators who knew her best, shaping her work with her and in turn becoming shaped by her. Each speaker will bring their own lens to O’Malley’s work: her unconventional methods, her fierce commitment to empathy and optimism, and the legacy she left on the Bay Area arts community and everyone who encountered her art. True to O’Malley’s spirit, expect an evening bursting at the seams with color, community, and the kind of hopeful creativity she spent her life sharing with the world.
