FELA KUTCHii is a DJ, soundscape curator, and cultural storyteller whose work centers Black sonic traditions, community memory, and emotional connection. A third-generation Oakland native, she draws inspiration from the Town’s rich musical legacy, bridging the past, present, and beyond through genre-fluid, intention-driven sets. Her soundscapes are crafted to be multigenerational and family-friendly, inviting listeners into spaces of full joy, reflection, and, of course, movement! Whether activating museums, public spaces, or community gatherings, FELA KUTCHii approaches DJing as both an art form and a love letter to the collective imagination through sonic frequencies.
