SFMOMA Free To All On Mother's Day To Celebrate Koret Foundation's Twenty-fifth Anniversary Museum Welcomes Summer With Expanded Hours

Admission to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) will be free to all on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 9, to celebrate the Koret Foundation’s twenty-fifth anniversary. SFMOMA is one of thirteen museums in the Bay Area supported by the Koret Foundation that will offer free admission as part of Koret Day Around the Bay. Additionally, beginning Memorial Day weekend (Monday, May 31, 2004), SFMOMA will open its galleries at 10 a.m.—one hour earlier—to benefit the summer schedules of out-of-town visitors and local residents. Regular daily opening hours will resume on Labor Day, Monday, September 6, 2004, when the Museum galleries will open at 11 a.m. The MuseumStore and Caffè Museo open at 10 a.m. year-round.

Thursdays – 10 a.m.–8:45 p.m.
Closed Wednesdays
