The museum will be closed September 14–16, 2026 for a private event. The Museum Store will remain open to the public from 3rd Street.
Installing "Mark di Suvero at Crissy Field" took three and half weeks of work and required 10 riggers, two crane drivers and a forklift, as each steel sculpture weighs between 30,000 and 70,000 lbs.
