Recognizing Germany's vast contributions to one of today's most exciting artistic media, SFMOMA presents a three-part series highlighting German video works. This second program in the series features Klaus vom Bruch's remix of broadcast recordings on RAF terrorism in Germany, Das Schleyer-Band I / II (The Schleyer Tape) (1977-78, 120 min.).

All three programs in the series draw on the exhibition and restoration project Part 1-Digital Heritage: Video Art in Germany from 1963 until the Present, organized by SFMOMA Media Arts Curator Rudolf Frieling prior to his tenure at SFMOMA.
