Sophont in Action: Cast and Crew Mixer

In its debut performance at SFMOMA in 2013, and through its iterations at di Rosa in Napa, California and Black Cube in Denver, Colorado, Sophont in Action has engaged local casts of intergenerational performers. During this informal community mixer, the cast and crew discuss their approach to Desirée Holman’s iconography of Time Travelers, Ecstatic Dancers, and Indigo Children. This new iteration of Sophont in Action, premiering in March 2017, explores theosophy, extraterrestrial sightings, New Age mysticism, and California utopias.
