We are thrilled to welcome you back after our long closure! Our galleries have state-of-the-art safety measures and protocols in place to ensure a comfortable and safe visit. Below, find all the resources you need to plan your trip.
Timed tickets are required for all visitors, including those 18 and younger who always enjoy free admission. We strongly encourage you to reserve tickets online.
Please note: Future Histories, Contemporary Optics, and Nam June Paik use an online waiting list due to capacity limits. Check in early at the exhibition entrance to reserve your spot, as admission is not guaranteed.
Please review our COVID-19 Code of Conduct before you visit. All guests must wear masks inside the building, and some offerings such as group tours are currently unavailable.
Some familiar favorites are now on view, along with poignant new works from Bay Area artists. Check out our current exhibitions for a glimpse at what you’ll see during a visit.
SFMOMA’s parking garage on Minna Street is steps away from the museum’s Third Street entrance. Check out guidance on arriving by car, bike, or public transport.
